Biden Must Act on Equal Rights Amendment

"The women of the United States have been waiting for more than a century to see the Equal Rights Amendment made part of the Constitution. They have waited long enough. It is time for President Joe Biden to act."

In a Letter to the Editor published in the Chicago Tribune on November 22, LWV Chicago President Jane Ruby's urges President Joe Biden to act to have the Equal Rights Amendment certified.
